Dining Tables

Custom dining room tables are at the heart of what we build. More than a place to sit, they become the center of everyday meals, holidays, conversations, and family memories. Each table is made from solid hardwood and built around the size, style, and presence you want the room to have.

Dining Room Table Design

Dimensional Dining Tables

Dimensional dining tables offer a clean, refined look with the warmth and strength of real hardwood. Built from carefully selected boards, this style is ideal for clients who want straight lines, consistent proportions, and a more architectural table that still carries the character of solid wood.

Live Edge Dining Tables

Live edge dining tables bring the natural shape, movement, and character of the tree directly into the dining room. Each slab has its own grain, curves, knots, and story, creating a table that feels warm, substantial, and unmistakably one of a kind.

Epoxy River Dining Tables

Epoxy river tables combine hardwood with custom resin work to create a bold, artistic centerpiece. Epoxy can be used to join slabs, fill natural voids, add color, or create a river effect that ties into the room’s design, cabinetry, countertops, or overall color palette.

Book-Matched Dining Tables

Book-matched tables create a larger, more balanced surface by joining two slabs from the same log side by side. Because the grain comes from the same tree, the finished table often has a mirrored flow that feels both natural and intentional, making it a strong option when you want scale, symmetry, and character in one piece.

Studio & Statement Tables

For clients who want something truly distinctive, a dining table can be designed as a statement piece. Larger slabs, dramatic epoxy pours, color-matched resin, special patterns, embedded details, or custom design concepts can turn the table into a centerpiece that feels personal, memorable, and made specifically for you.

Custom Size & Seating Layouts

Every dining table can be built around the way your home gathers. Whether you need a smaller table for four, a generous family table for six to eight, or a larger table for holidays and entertaining, we can tailor the length, width, height, thickness, and seating layout to fit the room naturally.

Shape & Proportion

The shape of the table helps define how the room feels. Options can include rectangular, square, round, oval, rounded-corner, curved-end, and more organic live edge designs. Rectangular tables remain one of the most practical choices for seating and elongated dining rooms, while softer shapes can help create a more conversational feel.

Bases, Legs & Support

The base helps define the entire character of the table. Options can include wood legs, metal legs, pedestal bases, trestle bases, X-bases, sled bases, waterfall sides, or custom supports designed around stability, legroom, seating comfort, and the overall look of the piece.

Benches & Matching Pieces

Dining tables can also be paired with matching benches, end benches, console tables, shelves, or other pieces that help complete the room. A bench can create a more casual, flexible seating arrangement while carrying the same wood, finish, and design language through the space.

Live Edge Table

Design Details

Custom details help make the table feel truly personal. Options can include epoxy-filled voids, color-matched resin, metal accents, engraving, softened corners, shaped ends, breadboard-style details, live edge refinement, or meaningful features built into the wood itself.

Built for Everyday Use

A dining table should be beautiful enough for special occasions and durable enough for daily life. Each table is built from solid hardwood, kiln-dried, carefully finished, and designed to handle meals, homework, gatherings, and everyday use while bringing warmth and permanence to the room.

Premium Wood & Finish Options

Because we mill all of our own wood, each dining table can begin with material selected for the right grain, color, scale, and character. Ash, cedar, cherry, maple, walnut, elm, tulip poplar, and other hardwoods can be finished with our preferred UV-light-cured hard wax oil for a natural, durable, easy-to-maintain surface. Stains and epoxy details can also be used when a specific color, sheen, or design effect is desired.
